Thank you for shopping at Decorify Rugs.
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your rug, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Custom-made, clearance, or final sale items are non-returnable.

  • Exchange/replacement product can be delivered in 7-10 days.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at admin@decorifyrugs.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Pack the rug securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the rug back to us. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.)


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item).


Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.


Shipping and Delivery

We use reliable third-party courier services to deliver our products. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline at the time of purchase.

All the orders will be dispatched in 3-4 business days and will be delivered in 7-10 business days.

  4. Get Your Replacement

    • We’ll ship the new rug ASAP (no extra cost for quality issues).
